Like many communities comprising scenic Southwest Edmonton, Blue Quill Estates is a nature-friendly neighbourhood highlighted by expansive open green spaces and high-end homes. Part of the greater Kaskitayo Outline Plan Area, most development in Blue Quill Estates took place during the 1970s and 80s. The area boasts mature trees, quiet streets and proximity to fantastic amenities – including the Whitemud Creek Ravine, the Derrick Golf and Winter Club and South Edmonton Common.
