Keswick is bounded by the North Saskatchewan River to the west, Ellerslie Road to the north, 170th Street to the east, and 25th Ave to the south. Adjoining 170th Street and nearby Rabbit Hill Road both provide direct access to the southwest Anthony Henday, while Ellerslie Road connects directly to the QE2. As a result, residents have convenient access to west and south Edmonton and the Edmonton International Airport.

Though transit development within the area is still ongoing, several bus routes and the nearby Leger Transit Centre and Heritage Valley Transit Centre deliver connectivity to the greater City of Edmonton.
