Fort Saskatchewan is a historical city located 25 km (15 minutes) northeast of Edmonton. A small yet rapidly growing metropolis of 27,000 people, Fort Saskatchewan’s roots date back to 1875 when the North-West Mounted Police established a post along the banks of the North Saskatchewan River.
