Magrath Heights takes its name from W.J. Magrath, best known for his construction of the Magrath Mansion – a historical Edmonton landmark located in Northeast Edmonton’s Highlands neighbourhood. Apartment-Style Condos and Townhomes – Although less common to Magrath Heights, apartment-style condos and townhomes (including the neighbourhood’s famed net-zero townhomes) account for approximately 20% of real estate opportunities within the area.
