Nestled alongside a quiet wooded ravine, residents of Evergreen enjoy having access to the on-site amenities and activities only a manufactured home community can provide. These include a community hall, outdoor rink, playground, youth programs, senior’s club, game nights, convenience store, restaurant and bar and much more.
