Hollick-Kenyon Home Styles

Though Hollick-Kenyon was first established in the early 1990s, development continued well into the late 2000s – with two-storey single-family homes accounting for most real estate opportunities in the area. Like many other detached dwellings in this part of northeast Edmonton, these homes generally feature large front attached garages, three to four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and plenty of room for a family to grow.

However, as the community has developed, affordable, lower-maintenance properties, including roomy duplexesreasonably-priced townhomes, and modern, low-rise apartment-style condos, have become increasingly popular – many of which were constructed after 2005.
