Located along Edmonton’s southern city limits, residents can easily access both the Edmonton International Airport and the surrounding communities of Nisku and Leduc via the nearby QE2 Highway. Adjoining Gateway Boulevard also intersects with several major Edmonton thoroughfares (including the south Anthony Henday and Whitemud Trail) and provides a streamlined commute to downtown Edmonton in under 30 minutes.
Though transit opportunities are still developing in the area, Allard will soon feature a stop along the city’s Capital LRT line expansion, which will see the south Edmonton track extended from Century Park to Ellerslie Road.
