I am very happy with the service that was given to me and my family in the selling of my home outside of the city. Jimmy halabi was fantasic in all his hard work to get the house sold. I have had my house being handled with other realestate compaines since 2009.I fired them and called the Paranych team and within a short time, the house was sold. All I can say is that my family was very happy with how easy Jimmy handeled this process, with all of the paperwork and guiding us through to the conclusion, we got it sold. Fantastic Experience!!
We thought it would make sense to hire a Real Estate firm that offered a lower commission, were we ever wrong. When we first decided to sell our home, we interviewed 3 Real Estate Agents, including Terry Paranych. We were very, very impressed with Terry’s track record and marketing program and wanted to use his services. We spoke to another firm that said they would sell our home at a reduced fee and that all Real Estate Companies and Agents do the same thing. Boy were we wrong! Not only did our home not sell, our home was overpriced, not advertised anywhere, and we waisted 4 months of valuable selling time. After this horrible experience, we hired the Terry Paranych Team, which we should have done in the first place, and did things ever happen fast! Our home was advertised everywhere, the customer service was incredible, and our home sold in 12 days for 99.3% of asking price. The ironic part is that Terry’s services only cost a little bit more. We calculated that by using Terry to sell our home, we netted an extra $12,800 in our pocket. The old saying, “you get what you pay for”, is so true.
