Dear Terry, I just wanted to tell you that Ron Kleefman was the best real estate agent I have ever had. He not only sold my home in 23 days, he did it with compassion, a cheerful attitude, and more importantly, with professionalism in all dealings with us. He did not do only what was needed to sell the house, he went the extra mile with everything he did. Whenever there was some bad news regarding a sale, Ron had a concerned, kind-hearted approach and took the time and effort to reassure me that a sale was imminent in the weeks to come. Besides the professionalism, what we liked most was the constant communication. He made it a pleasant experience. No other realtor we hired in the past put this much time and effort into helping us. What our previous realtor could not do in 120 days, Ron did in 23 and that kind of success cannot be matched! We could not recommend Ron highly enough for the work he did in selling our property. Thank you so much for your dedication in selling our home.

He did it all...
Dear Terry, What could I not say about Todd Burke, he did it all. Our house was sold in two days, and he made everything seem easy and painless, which was a good thing considering the circumstances. But when it came to me buying my place it was a different ballgame. It was incredibly hard to find something I liked that was in my price range, but Todd stood strong and showed me every possibility. He would phone me every day and take me out and show me some houses, joking around with me the whole time, it was awesome. Then when we finally found something I liked and it was gone the next day. So I suggested a trailer park out West and he was on it like white on rice. Once I found another place I liked, we did up the offer. Then everything that could go wrong went wrong, and Todd was right there to fix the problem within a couple of hours. This was the worst move I have ever been in, but that didn't stop Todd and his quick thinking. I have now dealt with four realtors from previous buys and sells and Todd has outdone all four of them combined. The next place I buy, I will be phoning Todd Burke to help me again.

I just wanted to send you this note to thank you again for the excellent service you gave us. The sale of our home and the purchase of my new condo could not have gone any easier. I was so very apprehensive about having to go through the whole process but you took that worry away from me right away. I can remember when we first met and a part of your service agreement was your promise to keep in touch every step of the way and I thought to myself how much truth is there to that. But, boy did you go above and beyond that promise and that is what made the whole experience a great one. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend you to my friends and family.
